while there are various way to make ginseng liquor, the following method is one of easiest.

The ideal ratio is 200g of ginseng root to 1800ml of alcohol. It is use alcohol with a minimum content of 21% to prevent spoilage. Patience is key, as the infusion process requires a minimum of 6 months or longer is better.

Three batches of ginseng liquor using the following ingredients 

* Korean white ginseng dry root 200g+Hwayo 25%(premium soju)

* Korean white ginseng dry root 200g+ Smirnoff Vodka37%

* Korean white ginseng dry root 200g+ soju 22%
